Fall 2017 Melanoma Educational Update

Continuing Medical Education

This course is designed for melanoma experts, providers and patients to come together for updates on the newest management options, research, and technologies for melanoma detection and treatment. Keynote speaker Dr. Kelly Nelson from MD Anderson Cancer Center will discuss artificial intelligence — its potential role in melanoma diagnosis and what this means for dermatologists and other medical professionals.

Participants will:

  • Learn about the most current clinical trials available in Oregon and the most current management approach to patients with melanoma
  • Understand the current melanoma care, research, community engagement initiatives in Oregon
  • Identify ways to improve the access to care for patients with melanoma and patients at risk for melanoma

Attend in person, or virtually through OHSU's Nexus platform. Virtual registrants will be sent a followup email with instructions on how to join the conference.
