OPSO Conference Exhibit Hall

Reach up to 150 physicians, residents and clinicians throughout the event• Exhibits are located conveniently near all of the lectures • Program design provides a relaxed atmosphere where physicians will have the time to talk with you and ask questions about your product Extracurricular activities and meals provide additional opportunities to meet with attendees • Physicians are eligible for prizes if they visit all of the exhibitors

 Standard Exhibit:  $950 ($1,050 after 8/17/2018 ) Includes: One 6-foot draped table and two chairs, wastebasket, listing in program materials, announcement through the conference, acknowledgment in OPSO newsletter. Other furnishings, electrical and special equipment may be obtained through the host hotel at additional charges

 Gold Exhibit:  $2,000 Includes everything in standard exhibit package plus premium placement in the Exhibit Hall and logo placement in program materials with a link of your choice. Gold exhibitors will be located in an exclusive entry room where meals & breaks occur, making the location a true premium Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, space is limited.

 Product Theater Opportunity—$5,000

The product theater is a reserved conference room, where you can share product information with attendees during a one hour dinner or lunch. The Product Theater includes:

· Full buffet meal provided in your reserved product theater room

· Computer (pc) and projector for your presentation (other furnishing and special equipment may be obtained through the host hotel at additional charges)

· The option to display a booth on the mezzanine during the duration of the conference at no additional cost.

 Sponsorships

OPSO is pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities for breaks and meals. These sponsors receive: special announcement prior to the break/meal recognizing your support of the event, your name and logo displayed during the break/meal, acknowledgement in The Oregon D.O. – the monthly newsletter sent to all osteopathic physicians in Oregon and recognition on the program website
