My name is Long Nguyen and I will be graduating from Western University COMP-NW in Lebanon, OR this December 2016. I will officially gain the title doctor, but still need to complete a 3 year long residency program to be considered a fully licensed Family Physician. I am currently in the process of interviewing and waiting for the match to see where I will be spending the next several years of my life.

In the meantime, I have between December 22, 2016 to May 26, 2017 to find a job that will help me keep up with my medical knowledge as well as expose me to the multiple unique aspects of medicine, both from a provider standpoint as well as support staff. I truly believe this is the time for me to learn and appreciate the other areas of medical care that a doctor may not see or realize is a component of the healthcare team. I know this exposure and experience can only help me become a better physician and team player.

I am qualified and have the skills to be a scribe, secretary, medical assistant, and anything beyond these roles that is related to 4 years of hands on medical education from an osteopathic medical school, 4 years of study in Studio Art and Biology. Also, I am always curious and excited to learn to new skills and am a quick study and patient student. I love people, I love working with the community, and I love helping to bring change wherever I can. I hope for the opportunity to work with any team willing to hire this new graduate for the next several months.

Please do not hesitate to reach me at: I can answer any questions you may have, send you a CV, and/or go through an interview process. I really appreciate your time and consideration.
